We've got three mineral pools at different temperatures - hot, hotter, and "this is perfect." The water comes from a natural thermal spring about 200 meters down, rich in minerals that've been helping people feel better for ages.
There's also a cedar sauna, eucalyptus steam room, and a cold plunge pool for the brave souls who want the full contrast therapy experience. The hot-cold-hot routine really does work wonders for circulation and recovery.

Book at least 48 hours ahead if you can - we fill up fast, especially on weekends. Cancel with 24 hours' notice or we'll have to charge you 50%. Life happens, we get it, but our therapists block time for you.
Show up 15 minutes early. Use the thermal pools, grab a herbal tea, change into a robe. If you're late, we'll do our best but can't guarantee the full treatment time. Don't rob yourself of the experience.
