Look, we're not gonna pretend we invented fine dining. But what we've got here? It's something special. Our chef spent years working kitchens from Vancouver to the Alps, and honestly, he's kinda obsessed with what grows around us.
Every morning, local foragers bring us whatever the mountains are offering up - wild mushrooms, herbs you can't buy anywhere, berries that taste like they've been kissed by glacier water. Then there's the farmers who've been working this land for generations. They know we're picky, and they love it.
The dining room itself? Floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the peaks like a living painting. When the sun sets and those mountains turn purple and gold, well... let's just say your Instagram's gonna be busy. Tables are spaced so you can actually have a conversation without whispering, and the fireplace keeps things cozy when the temperature drops.

We change things up as the seasons roll through - can't help ourselves
When the snow melts and everything comes alive, we're all about those bright, fresh flavors. Think delicate greens, just-caught trout from mountain streams, and vegetables so crisp they practically snap at you. The chef gets a little wild with edible flowers too - they're not just for show, trust me.
Once the cold hits, we lean into those rich, warming dishes that make you wanna stay at the table all night. Game meats, earthy mushrooms, root vegetables roasted until they're caramelized and sweet. The kind of food that pairs perfectly with a bold red and good company.
Okay, so our sommelier Marc? He's a bit intense about wine. In the best way possible. Spent two years just building relationships with vineyards across BC, Napa, Burgundy, and some tiny places in Italy you've probably never heard of.
We've got around 800 bottles down in the cellar - everything from approachable regional wines to stuff that'll make collectors weep. Marc loves pairing wines with the menu, and honestly, he's scary good at it. Sometimes he'll suggest something you'd never think of, and it just... works.
Not into wine? No worries. We've got craft cocktails that showcase local spirits, a solid beer list featuring BC breweries, and non-alcoholic options that aren't just sparkling water with a lemon wedge.
Every Thursday evening, Marc hosts an intimate wine tasting session. Limited to 12 guests, reservations required.

After dinner, most folks drift over to the lounge. It's got this cozy, living-room vibe - leather chairs that you sink into, a fireplace that's basically always going, and lighting that's dim enough to be intimate but bright enough that you can still read the cocktail menu.
Our bartender Sarah makes drinks that are proper craft cocktails, not Instagram props. She's been mixing for 15 years and can make pretty much anything you remember liking that one time in that one city. She's also great at reading the room - knows when you wanna chat and when you just want your drink and some quiet.
We've got live music on weekends - usually acoustic stuff that enhances the atmosphere without drowning out conversation. Jazz, folk, sometimes a classical guitarist. The kind of music that makes you order one more drink and stay a little longer.
Reserve Your TableGot something special to celebrate? We've got you covered.
Seats up to 8 people right in the kitchen. Well, not IN the chaos - you get a prime view without the heat and yelling. Watch the whole meal come together, ask questions, maybe taste something that's not even on the menu yet.
Our semi-private space holds 20-25 guests. Perfect for anniversaries, business dinners, or that milestone birthday. You get your own server, customized menu options, and those incredible mountain views.
Summer and early fall only - our outdoor terrace becomes your private mountain retreat. Up to 40 guests, string lights overhead, mountains all around. We can do standing reception or seated dinner.
Real feedback from folks who've dined with us
"We've eaten at a lot of so-called 'fine dining' spots, but this one actually lived up to the hype. The venison was unreal, and Marc paired it with a wine we'd never heard of that was absolutely perfect. Already planning our next visit."

"Chef's table experience was incredible. Getting to watch the team work and understanding where everything comes from made the meal so much more meaningful. Plus the food was just stunning - every single course."

"Celebrated our 25th anniversary here and they made it special without being over the top. Food was exceptional, service was attentive but not stuffy, and watching the sunset over those mountains from our table? Pure magic."
